West Ontario Distribution Center

Newcastle Partners purchased 4.8 acres of land in Ontario to build a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art warehouse distribution facility. Construction began in November of 2013 and was completed in June of 2014. The building was sold in August of 2014. Newcastle successfully finalized entitlements, developed a spectacular 90,000 square foot facility and sold the project to a user for a substantial profit.
