Midway Distribution Center

The Geo M. Huff Lumber Company acquired this site in 1972 in order to develop a wholesale lumber yard. After a competitive bidding process Newcastle Partners was retained to develop the site with one state of the art Class-A 550,000 square foot cross-dock distribution center. The project is in an excellent location near Interstate 10 and Interstate 15 in Fontana, CA.
