Meridian Distribution Center

Newcastle Partners purchased the 26.95 acre development site to build a 600,000 square foot Class-A distribution facility in Meridian Business Park, a 1,290-acre master-planned commerce center. Newcastle successfully designed, developed and marketed a state of the art distribution facility and sold the building to a China-based user/buyer, at a significant premium. The buyer plans to occupy the facility for use in warehousing and distribution of aluminum products.
