Newcastle Partners purchased this 26.93 acre site as part of its strategy of acquiring well located parcels to develop state of the art Class A industrial buildings. This site was an ideal location due to its high visibility from the I-215 freeway and within the March Joint Powers master planned community. Newcastle successfully completed entitlements and developed a corporate headquarters quality, 503,592 square foot industrial warehouse which was sold to an institutional investor at above-proforma pricing.
