Newcastle acquired this 3-building office technology campus totaling 225,000 square feet to complete the architectural renovation for the entire project and finalize common areas to create a creative office campus. The business plan included completing all aspects of repositioning including re-leasing, renovating outdoor common area work spaces, and upgrading all tenant improvements.
