Jackson Smith is a Partner at Newcastle Partners in the Southern California office. Prior to joining Newcastle in 2003, Mr. Smith was the Senior Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company in Southern California where he was responsible for the development of 4.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate, valued at over $200 million. Mr. Smith was involved in all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, project design, entitlement, leasing and sales. Prior to Panattoni Development Company, he was Vice President of Asset Management for the Southern California Region of Meridian Industrial Trust. Mr. Smith has a Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
