Nicole Bou-Reslan
Senior Project Manager
Nicole Bou-Reslan is the Senior Project Manager for Newcastle Partners Northern California office and serves as the company’s General Counsel. Mrs. Bou-Reslan has over 15 years of experience in real estate, lending her legal and finance expertise to a diverse group of real estate investors and developers and helping to drive over a billion in real estate transactions. Prior to founding her own law and brokerage firm, Mrs. Bou-Reslan served as General Counsel to Polidev International, a private real estate investment firm, and worked as an associate for the Law Offices of Raymond Erlach specializing in employment, real estate, and construction law. Nicole earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the California State Bar and holds a California Real Estate Brokers license.
